Incubator
The Biodiversity Incubator is a land management model that gradually restores soil quality and rebuilds ecosystems over time. It establishes an individual ecosystem with balanced flora and fauna where life evolves and thrives. The composition of plants is carefully selected to pursue restoration goals in harsh environments. Each Biodiversity Incubator is adapted to local crops and market needs and tailored to specific conditions in the region of operation.
Certified greenhouse gas capture in combination with considerate reaping of plant harvest provides long-term revenues. The initial investment to build it, is repaid in interest through regular harvesting and land maintenance.
Local communities can thus establish and expand value chains alongside, thereby strengthening quality of life and prosperity in the long term.

Biodiversity Incubators qualify as climate protection projects. The potential to permanently remove carbon is substantial. Corporate emitters purchase captured greenhouse gases (like carbon dioxide, CO2) through certificates with off-take agreements. This allows for true offsetting of emissions that cannot be avoided through other climate protection measures.
Sequestration performance is scientifically measured, openly accessible and certified with recognized verification standards. Funded land areas are allocated to the purchaser with transparent reporting and disclosure of the environmental, social, and societal impact.
